04/27/2025 | IMPACT Community Church will have a baptism service on Sunday, April 27, 2025. If you or your child would like to be baptized, please complete this form no later than March 31, 2025.

Prior to baptism, children, teenagers and adults will be required to attend a class on “Understanding Water Baptism”. In addition, the children will be taught at their level about water baptism during their time in IMPACT Kidz. Also, parents of children that desire to be baptized will be provided with literature to review with their children to ensure that their child understands water baptism.

Please be sure to complete this form timely so that we can order your baptism T-Shirt and you can attend the required class.
